About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Sharp Electronics Corporation. As a Branch Senior Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing our new business strategy and fostering relationships to drive sales of our organization's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Spearhead the development of new business sales relationships within your designated territory, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate seamlessly with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
  • Account Management: Proactively schedule and conduct weekly client meetings, both in-person and virtually, to advance sales opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Performance Management: Utilize CRM tools expertly to meticulously manage and track sales activities, leaving no opportunity overlooked, and provide regular, detailed updates to management on prospecting progress, sales pipeline status, and client interactions.
  • Proposal and Presentation Development: Deliver compelling, purposeful proposals and presentations to show the undeniable value of Sharp Technology Solutions, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
  • Post-Sale Implementation: Take ownership of the entire sales process from first contact to post-sale implementation, ensuring flawless execution and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed monthly activity and revenue goals, setting the bar high for success and driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relentless B2B sales experience in the technology sector.
  • Skills: Mastery of MS Office applications and virtual meeting platforms to drive assertive sales discussions, ability with or similar CRM systems, enabling assertive management of sales activities and pipelines.
  • Other: Possession of a valid US driver's license and dependable transportation, essential for achieving ambitious sales goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $34,320 - $79,750. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
