Account Executive

We're seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Employee Benefits department and deliver exceptional risk management solutions to our growing client base.
This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day management of current clients' insurance programs
- Partner with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Provide proactive support on specific initiatives to deliver unique value to clients
- Effectively manage difficult client communications and support client retention
- 6+ years of related experience and/or training
- Current Life and Health license required; professional designations preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of available employee benefits coverages and industry trends
- Strong problem-solving and solution-design skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
