Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at UCB. As an expert in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity
- Create and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue
- Master targeted disease states, including a deep understanding of patient journeys, standards of care, and treatment drivers
- Advocate for Rare Disease patients and serve as the authority on UCB's tools and resources
- Maintain strong relationships within the payer landscape to ensure providers are informed on coverage and reimbursement status
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of field-based experience in sales, account management, and/or field reimbursement in biopharmaceuticals or healthcare
- 5+ years of experience in a competitive specialty market segment
- Field experience with Buy-and-Bill medical benefits, Specialty Pharmacy, and HUB delivery models
- Verifiable record of sustained high sales performance and achievement in top 30% nationally
- 2+ years of experience in rare/orphan drug experience in a competitive market
- Significant CNS/neuroscience sales experience (to include epilepsy); Oncology, Hematology, and/or Specialty reimbursement products requiring Specialty Pharmacy knowledge and expertise
