Job Title: Regional Vice President of Sales

At Paylocity, we're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth through strategic account management and upselling initiatives.

About the Role

We're looking for a results-oriented leader who can effectively lead a sales leadership team, cultivate relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities for upselling our products or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive upselling strategy to increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Analyze client needs and usage patterns to proactively identify upselling opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create upselling packages, go-to-market strategies, and promotional materials.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategic account plans to maximize upselling opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve upselling targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of applicable experience in sales leadership roles within the HCM industry or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through upselling initiatives, with a strong focus on strategic account management.
