Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through upselling initiatives, with a strong focus on strategic account management.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate sales teams towards achieving ambitious targets.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform upselling strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
