Role Summary: The Vice President of Sales Strategy will play a critical role in crafting and executing strategic sales initiatives that align with the company's objectives, enhance Member value, and promote sustainable growth. This leader will be responsible for guiding a talented sales team, fostering key relationships with customers, member distributors, and suppliers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-achieving sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective sales goals.
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales plans that align with the organization's short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with Member Distributors to create mutual value, focusing on profitability and growth.
  • Design and execute a revenue growth incentive model that emphasizes accountability for sales metrics related to new business and retention.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, performance excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the complexities of engagement among various stakeholders, including internal teams, member distributors, customers, and suppliers.
  • Introduce innovative sales strategies and techniques based on market trends and developments.
  • Encourage a diverse and inclusive sales environment that reflects the values of Network Services Company.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated success in a senior sales leadership position.
  • Exceptional relationship management abilities with a talent for building and maintaining connections with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a diverse sales team.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Skilled in leveraging technology as an integral part of the sales process.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously.
  • Effective active listening skills.

Travel Requirements: Travel may be required up to 50% of the time, with flexibility based on business needs.
