Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and Implement Upselling Strategies:
  • Assess client requirements to pinpoint upselling prospects and devise customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to create upselling packages and strategies.
  • Oversee key accounts and establish account plans to optimize upselling potential.
  • Lead a sales team, offering direction and conducting training sessions on upselling techniques.
  • Set ambitious yet attainable sales objectives, track performance, and work collaboratively across functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • A proven history of driving revenue growth through strategic account management and upselling.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as per client requirements.

Compensation Details:

  • Base salary range: $112,000 - $208,000 per year (subject to experience).
  • Eligibility for an annual bonus and stock unit grant based on performance.
