Job Summary

St. Joseph's/Candler is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Collect fees and outstanding balances in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with answering calls, gathering information, and passing it on to our providers.
  • Process out-of-office charges and collaborate with hospital and nursing home staff as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with our providers and office manager.
  • Assist the practice manager with various duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in an office practice setting required.
  • Strong people skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • Professional attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and innovative, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
