Responsible for managing fee collection and ensuring accurate documentation of client information. Processes out-of-office charges while collaborating with healthcare facility staff. Maintains ongoing communication with healthcare providers and office management. Provides assistance to the practice manager as required. This role requires a highly driven individual with a positive demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree - Preferred
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 Year in an Office Practice Environment - Required
- Licensure & Certification: None Required

- Accurately enters patient demographic and insurance details
- Coordinates appointment scheduling
