Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at DH Pace Company, Inc. in Denver, CO. As an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our purchasing department.

This position requires excellent computer skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Inventory Management: Counting and reporting inventory levels
  • Daily Production Orders: Issuing materials and closing out orders
  • Data Entry: Tracking and updating various sheets
  • Shipping: Packaging, labeling, and shipping to various recipients
  • Purchase Orders: Receiving, acknowledging, verifying, and processing POs
  • Administrative Office Support: Answering phone calls, utilizing company software systems, filing, scanning, e-fax, and receiving and directing internal clients
  • Other Duties: As assigned by management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Detailed-Oriented Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Positive Attitude and a desire to help

The pay range for this position is from $22 an hour, based on experience.
