Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. You will be the face of EquipmentShare in your territory, responsible for sales strategy execution, customer retention, and new business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve our customers' businesses
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
Requirements
  • Proven sales track record with a strong understanding of B2B sales
  • Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset
