Job Overview

The Territory Business Manager/Sales Associate role is a dynamic position that requires converting nationwide leads to active purchasing accounts via phone. The primary focus is on outbound calls to physician's offices, hospitals, infusion centers, pharmacies, etc., where the associate provides information on key product offerings following a consultative approach to sales.

This role is ideal for individuals with high energy and great customer service skills. The company is known for providing top-rated service in the industry, and we are looking for team players who can contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the products offered, program messaging, and approved guidelines.
  • Execute call plans, including call preparation, lead qualification, delivery of key messages, objection handling, and close.
  • Obtain competitive information and maintain excellent call quality standards per company policy and adhere to all client call guidelines.
  • Form long-standing customer relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Establish and maintain open dialogue and effective communication with leadership.
  • Achieve and/or exceed sales targets by the deadline agreed upon.
  • Effectively use the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and other technology tools.
  • Adapt to the company's Consultative Sales approach, which aligns with the value-added service philosophy.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
  • Adhere to all Company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Successfully complete all required company, program, and product training.
  • Attend staff meetings and client-requested conference calls.
Requirements
  • Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Experience with Territory and Relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Confident, proactive, flexible, and good time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of previous experience with INSIDE sales.
  • Previous Pharmaceutical Sales Experience preferred, but not required.
