Job Summary

ICP Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Miami-Dade, FL market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including installation contractors, distributors, and key influencers
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities, and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the technical services department to provide technical support and training to customers
  • Manage sales reports and data to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Participate in local industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and drive sales
Requirements
  • Proven sales track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing and waterproofing systems
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Strong understanding of the construction and industrial markets, including industry specifications and building notifications
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
