Job Overview

Belkin Burden Goldman, LLP is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Business Development and Marketing to drive growth and expansion of our business development and marketing efforts. This strategic role will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and content to acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion. They will be a highly skilled and persuasive writer, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should also be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and content to drive business growth and expansion. This will include identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing marketing plans, and managing marketing budgets. The candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business development and marketing principles, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion. They will be a highly skilled and persuasive writer, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should also be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and content to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop and implement marketing plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement business development and marketing training programs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business development and marketing experience within a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of business development and marketing principles.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and stay current with new and trending topics in the real estate industry.
