Senior Business Development Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Business Development leader to drive the development of new financial services and fintech partnerships that support the growth of our lending products.
The Amazon Lending team creates and manages a global portfolio of financial products for Amazon Sellers, including term loans, line-of-credit, merchant cash advance, and other financial products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and manage partnerships and strategic initiatives with banks and fintech partners to drive business growth.
- Negotiate complex multi-party deals and execute partnerships that grow our existing lending products and launch new lending solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product teams, corporate business development, legal, finance, risk, and external partners' senior executives.
- Work closely with senior leaders in various external partner organizations to drive business outcomes.
- 8+ years of business or partnership development experience and at least 4 years of payments or financial services experience.
- Experience executing lending product-related partnerships to build and launch new financial services products.
- Strong executive presence, with the proven ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to distill complex information into clear, analytical frameworks to drive decisions.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay range of $133,200/year to $220,200/year, depending on location and experience.
