Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at SourcePro Search, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and development in a corporate law firm setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with partners, business development, marketing, and communications teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Support the practice's key client efforts and work with colleagues to identify and develop high-value services
  • Plan and oversee seminars, events, and other targeted marketing activities
  • Manage business development budgets and collaborate with functional managers on relevant PR, communications, and digital marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing, law, or business
  • At least 10 years of marketing professional experience
  • At least 5 years of management experience in a corporate law firm setting or relevant industry setting
  • Experience in relevant practice area(s)/geographies or industries
  • Knowledge of technologies, developments, trends, and literature related to legal and professional services marketing fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, including attention to detail and proofreading
  • Solid understanding of the needs and expectations of law firm operations and corporate legal clients
