Senior Business Development Manager

Archimed is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in the US market. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and development for our portfolio company, Clean Biologics.
Job Summary:We are looking for a seasoned Business Development professional with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of biologics, including vaccines, protein, cell and gene therapy, and their manufacturing and quality controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the US market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the biologics industry.
- Collaborate with the Clean Biologics and BD Lab team to develop marketing strategies and materials to drive product and brand awareness.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers to win orders and drive business growth.
- Liaise between customers and the lab facility to ensure program success and develop continued business.
- BS/MS degree in biology, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or quality controls of Biologics with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Established network of contacts within the biologics industry.
- Talent for building key customer relationships and demonstrating technical value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a high aptitude for learning technical and scientific information.
Competitive base salary ($100,000.00 annually) with the opportunity for annual incentives (e.g., bonus, commission). A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
