Technical Solutions Architect

Our mission is to empower Server OEMs, Data Centers, Edge Computing Operators, and 5G Edge deployments to achieve their performance, sustainability, scalability, and cost objectives in this high-growth market.

We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to oversee various facets of the Accelsius solution lifecycle. This role involves understanding client needs and providing support throughout the implementation process. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the channel in crafting proposals and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for optimized solutions.
  • Design reference architecture for mechanical and thermal solutions, coordinate testing of peripheral solutions, and manage interoperability matrices.
  • Engage directly with end-customers and partners to develop tailored high-level solutions, overseeing the program from scheduling, resource allocation, and planning before transitioning to the CTO/Engineering teams.
  • Oversee the deployment and shipping processes of various rack form factors and technologies in collaboration with trusted partners and vendors.
  • Work closely with the Research and Development team to define, validate, and deliver optimized solutions that meet unique customer requirements.
  • Continuously collaborate with Product Management to stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data center cooling, proposing innovative and cutting-edge solutions.
  • Present the technology and vision of the company to various external stakeholders (customers, VARs, partners) at different levels of expertise to secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline (e.g., electrical, civil, mechanical, etc.).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Experience with Commercial HVAC or other pressurized systems is essential.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, particularly at the Executive level, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • A proactive approach, hands-on attitude, professionalism, positive demeanor, and strong problem-solving focus are essential.
  • Experience in Datacenter Cooling is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Server/Compute systems across multiple leading OEMs is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of various OEM rack vendors and form factors is a plus.
  • Experience with packaging and shock/vibration considerations is beneficial.
