Your Role and Responsibilities
The Technical Solution Architect will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in transforming their business operations by leveraging cutting-edge IBM Business Automation and AI technologies.

The selected candidate will:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of business processes, requirements, and user needs.
  • Independently design and architect effective solutions that align with overall business objectives, addressing inefficiencies and disruptions.
  • Lead customer modernization workshops and prepare presentations that illustrate architectural solutions and design methodologies.
  • Engage hands-on in assisting clients with the implementation of proposed solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience with Business Automation tools, including workflow management, rules processing, document ingestion, and intelligent document processing.
  • Proven track record in implementing solution architectures from inception to completion, managing technical risks, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, including CI/CD processes.
  • Experience with cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and a solid understanding of containerization and Kubernetes, particularly OpenShift.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior client personnel to analyze, modernize, and optimize business processes.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • Extensive experience in content management solutions and their integration with containers.
  • Experience in developing production workflow solutions.
  • Experience in architecting business automation solutions.
