Position: HR Supervisor

Location: FullSteam

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000

Shift: To Be Determined

Role Summary: The HR Supervisor plays a pivotal role within the project management team, providing essential support to the Senior HR Manager. This position requires a proactive approach to managing and executing various organizational projects and tasks, utilizing independent judgment and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and oversee intricate projects related to research, development, and implementation efforts.
  2. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise and experience.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule, meeting specifications with precision and efficiency.
  4. Detail the tasks involved in each project and delegate responsibilities accordingly.
  5. Address any inquiries, concerns, or complaints that arise during project execution.
  6. Ensure adherence to HR compliance policies across the organization.
  7. Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, local, and industry regulations.
  8. Update project plans as necessary, maintaining communication with stakeholders involved in each project.
  9. Assist with managing open orders across the organization.
  10. Ensure timely communication of project updates to all HR representatives.
  11. Support the review and training of submissions for promotions and replacements within service teams.
  12. Track all submissions, replacements, and promotions across distribution centers.
  13. Assist with investigations, councils, and file audits as required.
  14. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  15. Travel may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and Excel.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all management levels.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse workforce.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include the ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally and prolonged periods of sitting while working on a computer.

Work Environment:

This position requires the ability to work in a distribution center environment, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures.
