Compensation: $50-$60K

Role Objective: To apply sanitation expertise and leadership skills to guide sanitation personnel effectively.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring a clean, organized, and sanitized production environment, confirming that all equipment is thoroughly cleaned to uphold food safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for documenting and verifying the completion of tasks in accordance with the Master Sanitation schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the completion, documentation, and maintenance of sanitation tasks as per the Master Sanitation schedule.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in all production areas, collaborating with the team to achieve a sanitized environment.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in break areas, restrooms, and offices.
  • Monitor sanitation issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in daily departmental meetings, focusing on detail and continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with chemical training requirements.
  • Work closely with sanitation team members to uphold quality standards and effective communication.
  • Manage in-house equipment damage costs through staff awareness and accountability.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including verification of documentation per Sanitation SOP.

Language Proficiency:

Ability to read and understand procedure manuals related to chemical mixing and cleaning processes. Strong communication skills to lead and interact with team members and management.

Mathematical Skills:

Basic proficiency in calculating chemical concentrations and percentages, along with the ability to apply fundamental math concepts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant certifications.
  • Ability to work independently and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and early mornings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and manage challenging tasks.

Reasoning Skills:

Must be capable of engaging with all management levels and possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Physical Requirements:
