Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at Western Fuel Group Inc. As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our car wash facility, ensuring a positive and safe experience for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and Complete Daily Checklist: Ensure that all tasks are completed on a daily basis, including site upkeep and guest caring.
  • Schedule Employees: Schedule employees within company guidelines to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Experience: Train team members on all programs and build guest loyalty through our membership program.
  • Provide Daily Direction: Provide daily direction to the team and ensure safety and other compliance procedures are followed.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Regularly communicate with the Operations Team to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Follow Through on Site Open/Close Process: Ensure that the site is fully operational during business hours.
  • Responsible for Creating a Positive Culture: Ensure that a positive culture is maintained to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Accountable for Providing Strong Leadership: Provide strong, positive, and proactive leadership to the team while providing direction, feedback, and holding them accountable for performance and results.
  • Oversee Site Appearance: Maintain a clean and safe environment for the team and guests.
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Ensure that the site is compliant with local, state, and federal laws, as well as internal audits.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Graduate
  • Experience: Supervisor/Manager experience in Car Wash, Retail, or Guest Service Industries (Preferred)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Maintain the Highest Level of Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Ability to Adapt: Adapt to an ever-changing high-volume car wash environment.
  • Take Initiative: Take initiative when problems arise and provide solutions.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible to adapt in a variety of situations.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately.
  • Ability to Work Varied Hours: Work varied hours and days as business dictates.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate ability to improve team performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations.
