Role Summary: As a pivotal member of the HR team, the HR Supervisor will support the Senior HR Manager in executing and finalizing various organizational projects. This role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to make independent decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage intricate projects related to research, development, and implementation.
  • Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and experience.

  • Address any inquiries or issues that arise during project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to HR compliance policies across all locations.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Update project plans and communicate with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Assist with managing open orders across various locations.
  • Ensure timely updates are provided to all HR representatives.
  • Support the review and training processes for promotions and replacements within teams.
  • Track all submissions related to promotions and replacements.
  • Assist with investigations, councils, and file audits.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Travel may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all management levels.
  • Experience in managing a diverse workforce.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally and work for extended periods at a desk using a computer.

Work Environment:

Ability to work in a distribution center with varying temperatures.
