About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sonder Guest Experience Lead to join our operations team. This individual will be responsible for leading our front desk services team, ensuring seamless guest stays, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
