We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Panera Bread.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) with match.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Experience Lead will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience when visiting our bakery-cafe. This includes:
- Coaching and developing the skills of our associates to provide excellent customer service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bakery-cafe
- Ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met
- Building strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
