Job Summary

This Front Desk Associate role at Dimension Hospitality requires a highly organized and communicative individual who can deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess a strong understanding of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Interactions: Greet, register, and check out guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Answer questions about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of room availability, process payments, and handle mail and message services.
  • Lead Capacity: Oversee assigned employees, assign work, and ensure proper performance, while also taking on special tasks such as making reservations or depositing valuables.

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 months experience in hospitality, general office, accounts receivable, or customer service.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
