Guest Services Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team at Opus Communities LLC. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing warm welcomes and efficient check-ins and check-outs, verifying personal and payment details, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
- Greeting guests with a friendly demeanor, providing necessary information about the hotel and its surroundings.
- Handling phone, online, or in-person reservations, ensuring accurate guest information.
- Responding to phone calls and emails professionally and timely, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions, including payments, room charges, and availability.
- Coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure guest rooms are ready and issues are resolved quickly.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies and materials are well-stocked.
- Managing guest breakfast and lobby convenience store.
- Completing shift reports and being available to work a flexible schedule.
- Reporting and saving lost & found items according to hotel procedures.
- Complying with attendance rules and being available to work regularly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
