Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all sales functions to cultivate robust connections within the local business ecosystem.
  • Drive revenue to surpass RevPAR, occupancy, and ADR benchmarks.
  • Employ revenue management strategies to suggest group pricing.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales initiatives customized for various market segments.
  • Acquire new clientele through sales outreach, RFP submissions, and travel agent collaborations.
  • Evaluate competitors and execute impactful marketing tactics.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover business prospects.
  • Engage in revenue and management discussions.
  • Promote the hotel through diverse marketing channels.
  • Ensure top-notch guest service and prepare departmental financial plans.
  • Anticipate occupancy trends to optimize revenue.
  • Instruct front desk personnel on key accounts and special arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales.
  • Familiarity with Delphi and Marriott systems is advantageous.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Valid work authorization.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds.
  • Capacity to navigate the hotel premises.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel expected.
