Entry-Level Financial Strategist

At Sound Partners, we appreciate your ambition and commitment. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Entry-Level Financial Strategist to launch their career in wealth management. As a member of our team, you will:

  • Begin with a portfolio of leads and existing clients to accelerate your growth
  • Work closely with experienced Financial Advisors within the organization
  • Participate in structured training and mentorship to broaden your client outreach
  • Evaluate client financial information to create tailored strategies and suggest appropriate financial solutions
  • Develop and grow your client portfolio, ensuring that plans remain relevant while actively pursuing new opportunities
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to stay updated on any changes in their financial situations
  • Provide expert and impartial financial guidance customized for various customer segments, emphasizing high-quality service
  • Market financial products such as life insurance, annuities, and investment alternatives

Qualifications for a Financial Strategist

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential, along with relevant FINRA securities certifications
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in Finance, Sales, Consulting, or Marketing
  • If you do not possess specific credentials, support will be available from Equitable Advisors to obtain necessary state licenses and FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 registrations
  • A results-driven mindset, self-motivation, integrity, and a commitment to assisting clients in achieving their financial goals
  • A collaborative individual with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, along with confidence
  • The ability to leverage past experiences and connections to cultivate markets and build enduring relationships
  • An entrepreneurial mindset

Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States

Additional qualifications such as an MBA, JD, CFP, CPA, or ChFC are advantageous
