Job Title: ARC Coordinator

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a highly skilled ARC Coordinator to join our Administrative Resource Center team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely completion of workflow requests and providing exceptional administrative support to our lawyers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage service and resource requests through various systems, including ServiceNow, BigHand, and MS Teams.
  • Assess and prioritize workflow, ensuring adequate staffing to meet demand and managing special projects.
  • Ensure quality control through proofreading and editing of work product, including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF documents.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance user services and support staff performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in law firm operations, practice support, or word processing.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer applications and document management systems, including MS Office and Kofax Power PDF.
  • Experience with legal-specific software, such as AIA, iManage, WorkShare, and BigHand, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and forms is preferred.
