PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY DUTIES:

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Greeting visitors and onboarding new staff.
  • Arranging meetings and organizational events.
  • Handling mail, shipping, and communications.
  • Monitoring inventory and supply levels.
  • Coordinating office layouts and conference setups.
  • Managing the telephone system.
  • Administering employee identification badges.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $56,396; Step 1
Salary Range: $56,396 - $58,675

This position includes eligibility for medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, and paid time off.
