PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage administrative tasks effectively.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and colleagues.
- Ensure team members have the necessary tools and resources.
- Enhance the operational efficiency of the organization.
KEY DUTIES:
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Greeting visitors and onboarding new staff.
- Arranging meetings and organizational events.
- Handling mail, shipping, and communications.
- Monitoring inventory and supply levels.
- Coordinating office layouts and conference setups.
- Managing the telephone system.
- Administering employee identification badges.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Technical Competencies:
- A minimum of two years of experience in office administration.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $56,396; Step 1
Salary Range: $56,396 - $58,675
This position includes eligibility for medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, and paid time off.
