Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

At the Edison Electric Institute, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support in managing department workflow, process quality improvements, and department-wide correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new employee onboarding, including preparing electronic files and maintaining documentation of I-9 files.
  • Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs and recommend solutions for process improvement.
  • Update and maintain content on the company intranet (The GRID) page as directed.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and other related departments to manage specific projects within the HR communication strategy.
  • Research benchmarking data and HR analytics.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Two plus years of experience supporting senior leaders and strong writing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $ Starting annual salary will be determined on individual qualifications.
  • Annual performance incentive up to 10% of base salary.
