Candidate Profile
The ideal HR Coordinator will possess the following qualifications:
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
Professional Experience: 0-2 years of experience in HR administration, showcasing strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage confidential information discreetly are essential. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS and compensation/benefits software is preferred.
Innovative Mindset: CINQCARE is dedicated to addressing long-standing disparities in care delivery for Black and Brown populations. This role is crucial in ensuring that CINQCARE effectively fulfills its mission.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to clearly present concepts and models to various stakeholders, including team members, investors, and partners.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to new technical systems as required. Experience with payroll and/or HRIS systems is advantageous, particularly familiarity with Dayforce.
Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, business leaders, and external partners.
Organizational Culture: Demonstrates sound judgment, strong ethical standards, and a collaborative spirit; motivated to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration:
- Support the management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate with benefits providers and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Assist in formulating and implementing benefits policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular benchmarking of benefits to ensure competitive offerings.
- Facilitate the annual open enrollment process and communicate changes to employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations concerning benefits.
Compensation Management:
- Assist in developing and implementing compensation policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Coordinate salary reviews and adjustments per company policies.
- Prepare and distribute salary survey data to maintain competitive pay practices.
- Support the development of incentive and bonus plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding compensation.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on compensation and benefits metrics, including salary surveys and benefits utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of all compensation and benefits data.
- Assist in preparing reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with policies and regulations.
Additional Duties:
Leadership: Support the development and execution of strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and development.
Strategic Insight: Track and report key HR metrics such as headcount, diversity, turnover, and employee satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
Collaboration: Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing organizational needs.
Compliance Knowledge: Ensure HR data adheres to legal requirements and organizational policies, identifying and mitigating risks related to human capital.
Work Environment: The HR Coordinator is responsible for fostering a productive, collaborative, safe, and inclusive work environment for the HR team and the broader organization.
