Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic growth and maximize human capital.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Regional HR Director, ensuring the right talent is in place at each plant location while driving engagement and career development for team members.

As a key contributor to the People strategy, the HR Business Partner will utilize business acumen to drive staffing decisions that directly improve the bottom line.

The successful candidate will counsel leaders on performance management and employee relations matters, promoting a positive work culture and driving team engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include leading key projects to drive HR strategies, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and influencing and communicating with all levels of the organization.

The HR Business Partner will also serve as a coach to Area General Managers and Front-Line Leaders, ensuring employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved.

Additional responsibilities include leading key HR processes, facilitating talent reviews and performance management processes, and working collaboratively with Union leadership to maintain positive relations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner or Management role.
