Commercial Sales Manager

At AutoZone, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales within your assigned location.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain positive relationships with commercial customers
- Manage the acquisition and delivery of products
- Provide ongoing customer service and maintain expert knowledge on parts and inventory
- Exceed customer expectations by delivering WOW Customer Service
- Act as the primary contact for commercial customers and maintain open lines of communication
- Ensure efficient delivery of products and manage drivers
- Maintain records and billing for commercial accounts
- Contribute to the AutoZone 'one-team' environment by assisting customers and AutoZoners
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts
- Effective leader with excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent selling skills
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
