Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager

At AutoZone, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales within your assigned location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with commercial customers
  • Manage the acquisition and delivery of products
  • Provide ongoing customer service and maintain expert knowledge on parts and inventory
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering WOW Customer Service
  • Act as the primary contact for commercial customers and maintain open lines of communication
  • Ensure efficient delivery of products and manage drivers
  • Maintain records and billing for commercial accounts
  • Contribute to the AutoZone 'one-team' environment by assisting customers and AutoZoners
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts
  • Effective leader with excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent selling skills
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
