Commercial Van Sales Representative

Mercedes-Benz of St. Louis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Van Sales Associate to join our team. As a Commercial Van Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling Mercedes-Benz commercial vans to business clients locally and across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for Mercedes-Benz commercial vans in the St. Louis market and across the country
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and provide personalized vehicle solutions
- Actively prospect and cold call to generate new business leads in the commercial market
- Collaborate with the dealership's finance and leasing departments to offer customers comprehensive financing and leasing options
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle offerings, features, and technology
- Handle all aspects of the sales process, including test drives, vehicle demonstrations, contract negotiations, and delivery to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities
- Attend relevant industry events and networking opportunities to expand the dealership's reach and establish new relationships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial sales experience preferred
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles and their applications
- Local business contacts preferred
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
