Holt Electric, a leading electrical distributor, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our commercial electric market, you will be responsible for driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and applications to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of sales experience in the electrical or distribution industry, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
