Our team in Brenntag is seeking a Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving strong sales growth and delivering against business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales and profit.
  • Manage a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and commercial excellence.
  • Identify and prioritize new opportunities, both with existing customers and new leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver increased product baskets and solutions for customers.
  • Ensure all commercial activities are conducted in line with Brenntag's codes, guidelines, and local and international legislation.

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Education with a focus in Business, Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership experience in the chemical distribution business.
  • Proven management competencies, including strong sales growth and business objectives delivery.
