Sales Director

Our team in Brenntag is seeking a Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving strong sales growth and delivering against business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales and profit.
- Manage a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and commercial excellence.
- Identify and prioritize new opportunities, both with existing customers and new leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver increased product baskets and solutions for customers.
- Ensure all commercial activities are conducted in line with Brenntag's codes, guidelines, and local and international legislation.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Education with a focus in Business, Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership experience in the chemical distribution business.
- Proven management competencies, including strong sales growth and business objectives delivery.
