As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new client lead generation and business opportunities. You will achieve predefined new business goals through strategic sales plans, prepare and present high-impact client presentations, and analyze RFP requirements and develop compelling proposals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prospect new business via industry research and cold calling
  • Utilize strong project management skills to ensure timely deliverables
  • Translate data analysis into actionable business strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Leverage entrepreneurial spirit and industry expertise

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • 10+ years of successful RFP proposal generation and business development
  • Proven track record in multi-million-dollar sales development
  • Project management experience from inception through transition
  • Previous experience in Retail, CPG, and/or manufacturing sectors
