As a Senior Manager, Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth in Walmart's International e-commerce Marketplaces. Your primary objective will be to increase GMV sales by maximizing seller adoption and sales in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive marketplace adoption among top sellers
  • Maximize seller sales in key markets through targeted initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve seller experience and performance
  • Work closely with external partners to create lead flows and manage the seller onboarding process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years' experience in business development, market development, product development, or relevant area
  • Or 5 years' experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales
  • Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Supervisory experience
  • Working with cross-functional teams
