Community Sales Representative

Omni Fiber LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Community Sales Representative to join our team. As the face of Omni Fiber within the communities of Wilmington, London, Greenville, Eaton, and Columbus, you will be responsible for increasing the number of Omni Fiber customers and community event representation within the assigned market(s).

About the Position:

This role involves conducting face-to-face and in-home sales presentations, primarily door-to-door selling, local community events, and other activities as assigned. You will work to increase the overall subscriber base by promoting Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services in assigned territories/communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or exceed a monthly sales quota by selling door-to-door to residential customers.
  • Outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospects and existing customers to sell new services and recommend product upgrades.
  • Participate in activities that promote Omni Fiber Products and Services, i.e., trade fairs, city events, informational sessions, etc., during business and non-business hours to generate leads and sales.
  • Work cross-functional with all Omni Fiber team members to ensure an unparalleled customer journey.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state required auto insurance policy.
  • Ability to overcome objections and accept rejection.
  • Proficient in computer usage with good typing skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
