Qualifications:
- Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Skilled in generating diverse reports, balancing and reconciling data, and identifying discrepancies with appropriate resolutions.
- Strong decision-making abilities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Capable of working both collaboratively and independently, with adaptability to evolving situations.
- Responsive to inquiries from clients and colleagues, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Proficient in various accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to perform thoughtfully and consistently within a team setting.

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $65,000.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM data entry, including contacts and firm information.
- Establish and maintain project records in Deltek Vantagepoint from initiation to project closure.
- Organize project-specific network and Outlook folders.
- Prepare monthly client billing invoices and compile project status reports, pay applications, and lien waivers as necessary.
- Assist Project Managers with forecasting inputs and updates, serving as a resource for Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Review project reports to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Record daily bank deposits in the accounting system.
- Provide administrative support for operational team tasks.
- Undertake office management duties as required, including welcoming guests and handling mail deliveries.
- Maintain a customer service-oriented approach, treating every interaction as an opportunity to showcase Galloway's capabilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Education: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Typically, 2+ years of progressive experience in project administration or project accounting, preferably within an architectural, consulting engineering, interior design, or professional services firm.
