POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordination Specialist with a robust background in commercial construction, particularly in educational facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a General Contracting role as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager, specifically on projects exceeding $20 million.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is highly preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
The candidate should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of construction industry standards, including:
1. Building codes
2. Equipment utilization
3. Construction methodologies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project is essential for effective project management.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required. The candidate must exhibit excellent communication abilities to facilitate collaboration among project stakeholders.

Experience with LEED certification and OSHA regulations is considered an asset.
