As a Senior Project Management Specialist, you will collaborate with a talented technical team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our Federal Government clientele.
Your role will involve engaging with clients to assess and sustain solutions by leveraging your expertise in program integration.
You will coordinate with diverse teams to oversee data analytics initiatives and solutions for various National Security and Intelligence Operations.
Primary Duties:
Engage with the team to define essential transition project details such as timelines, resources (financial and/or technological), action plans, and documentation.
Utilize project management tools like Jira and/or Confluence to document project information for effective knowledge management.
Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for each transition project.
Monitor project performance and review deliverables to ensure that technical, programmatic, and financial objectives are achieved while identifying potential program risks and evaluating technical solutions.
Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of all activities associated with assigned task order projects.
Support the identification, assessment, evaluation, and testing of existing and emerging technologies, systems, and capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
Essential:
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of professional experience, ideally including 1 year in the Intelligence Community working directly with Federal Government clients.
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Desirable skills and knowledge:
Familiarity with Jira and/or Confluence, and documenting project information for knowledge management.
Proven experience in providing program management and analytical support to initiatives serving federal government clients.
Experience in monitoring project development performance and reviewing deliverables to ensure that technical, programmatic, and financial objectives are met while identifying potential program risks.
Experience in offering guidance, feedback, and consulting services to federal program managers.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, demonstrating teamwork and initiative, and functioning effectively amidst new assignments and shifting priorities.
