About the Role

This is a hybrid role based in either our Chicago or San Francisco office, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the office on Tuesday and Thursday each week. As a key player in the North America Go-To-Market team, your focus will be on engaging with clients at all points of the sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and acquiring clients to leading deep discovery and technical product demonstrations, and negotiating and closing deals.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients at all points of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Bring together internal resources and cross-functional teams to enable a successful prospect experience in the sales process
  • Demonstrate control of your business by providing timely and accurate forecasts and effectively managing your opportunity pipeline
  • Work with your team to identify and execute innovative and effective outbound selling motions, working towards a monthly goal for self-sourced pipeline creation
  • Maintain a real-time understanding of Front's product offering and the competitive landscape to boost your ability to position win-based proposals and pricing
Requirements
  • 2+ years in a full-cycle B2B sales role (with at least some experience selling technology/software)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities
  • Consistent overachievement against sales targets in past experiences
  • The ability to adapt, pivot and change your approach based on the needs of your business
