Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Pipeline Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute a prospecting plan, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed assigned sales objectives, including prospecting, lead generation, qualifying and disqualifying opportunities, and negotiating economic and business terms.
  • Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to drive bookings, build strong relationships with customers, and provide valued consultation to drive business growth.
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management, using Salesforce CRM to track all opportunities, leads, activities, and forecasts.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal resources to share information, execute sales cycles, and respond to RFPs, while providing proactive, trusted thought leadership to target accounts.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10 years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales, with a proven track record of hitting quota and sales objectives.
  • Skills: Strong executive presence, expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and closing large deals, with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Personal Qualities: Intuitive, tenacious, and competitive, with strong written and verbal communications skills.
