About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the climate tech, carbon markets, agricultural sustainability, and/or corporate ESG programs
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to qualify leads, bring prospects into the sales funnel, and close deals
  • Experience in a high-growth environment, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
