The Role:
We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to become an integral part of our Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement demand generation campaigns across various channels such as email, digital advertising, content marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
- Develop and oversee marketing initiatives throughout the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and refine materials for demand generation efforts.
- Analyze performance metrics of campaigns and optimize strategies to enhance ROI.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment of campaigns with sales objectives.
- Work with marketing operations to guarantee effective lead tracking, reporting, and management of marketing data.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in demand generation and marketing automation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand generation, ideally within the B2B technology sector.
- Proven success in developing and executing impactful demand generation campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms is advantageous.

$90,000 - $105,000 + equity.
