Position Summary:As the Lead Generation Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing marketing effectiveness and innovation within our esteemed FinTech organization. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of our marketing strategy, aligning with our goal of revolutionizing the financial landscape.
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing & Demand Generation, you will be an imaginative and analytical problem solver, skilled in demand generation and content creation, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including Paid Search (Google, Bing), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Twitter), Display (Google, native), Webinars, and Events.
- Develop a comprehensive calendar of marketing campaigns aimed at specific prospect profiles to significantly increase website traffic and generate a substantial number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
- Analyze and report on the return on investment (ROI) and effectiveness of each marketing activity.
- Create and distribute monthly newsletters targeting customers and prospects, while expanding our mailing lists with high-quality leads.
- Optimize web conversion points to facilitate seamless engagement with Sales for qualified leads.
- Track and report on engagement metrics, lead management, lifecycle progression, and opportunities generated.
- Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns tailored for specific targets.
- Ensure comprehensive collection and analysis of daily website visitor data.
- Generate partner-focused content for our website, email communications, social media, and advertising, including emails, blogs, social posts, one-pagers, case studies, and infographics.
- Develop and manage a strategic demand generation plan, including hands-on execution of all components.
- Host one digital event monthly, primarily webinars, while managing budget expenditures and performance reporting for all demand generation activities.
- Stay informed on industry trends to guide content strategy development.
- Manage relationships with internal and external resources to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, continuously improving demand generation processes.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management through compelling reporting and storytelling.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in demand generation, with a proven track record in lead generation, content marketing, and partner marketing. Expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, email marketing, and Salesforce is essential, along with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
