The Role

We are seeking a Lead Generation Strategist to become a vital member of the Marketing team at Finexio. In this role, you will be tasked with designing and implementing comprehensive marketing initiatives aimed at generating qualified leads and opportunities for the sales division. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to craft and execute effective demand generation strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement demand generation initiatives across diverse channels, including email, digital advertising, content marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Develop and oversee marketing programs and campaigns throughout the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
  • Partner with the content team to create and refine materials for demand generation efforts.
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics and enhance campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of campaigns and programs with sales objectives.
  • Work with marketing operations to guarantee effective lead tracking, reporting, and management of marketing data.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in demand generation and marketing automation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, ideally within the B2B technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful demand generation campaigns and programs.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and performance reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools is advantageous.
